We make our own fresh dough daily; dough for our sweet smelling warm bread and rolls and dough for pizzas. That this dough is a vital part of our products is illustrated by the fact that our chef uses his own private recipe. Not only the quality of the products used, but as important the correct combination of products, contributes to the supreme quality of, for example, our pizza base. We pride ourselves on the fact that we use traditional artisanal work methods. Methods that have been used for generations by experienced traditional pizza bakers.
