My name is Boutros, head chef of restaurant La Casa. As the name La Casa suggests, this restaurant is my “seconda casa” or my second home. From a young age I knew I wanted to have my own restaurant, preferably one with authentic Italian dishes. The Mediterranean way of cooking, with fresh products and healthy oils has always fascinated me. As we all know; life in Italy is beautiful. “Bella Italia” doesn’t only mean conviviality but also “mangiare sano” eating healthy. As head chef of this restaurant I happily guard the continuity and make sure that only the best products are being used. For me at least, running a restaurant can only be done if you consider it more a hobby than actual work. During the past years, ever since 1998, I have enjoyed cooking in La Case immensely. I consider it a great achievement and enormous reward that the majority of my early customers still visit us regularly. And we (would) love to welcome you in our restaurant.
